Dr. Stephanie Setliff is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist living in Dallas, Texas. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders for over 20 years. After developing and directing the eating disorders program at Children’s Health, she joined Eating Recovery Center Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in January 2014 to develop and open ERC and Pathlight's Dallas treatment center. She opened ERC Dallas in July 2014 with an intensive, eleven hour a day, seven days a week, Partial Hospitalization Program and a three hour a day, three days a week, Intensive Outpatient Program for the treatment of adults and adolescents, men and women, boys and girls who suffer from eating disorders. In a short time, it was expanded to be a fully vertically integrated treatment program, offering inpatient and residential care as well. Dr. Setliff received her medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed her adult psychiatry residency in Dallas, Texas, and did advanced training in a child and adolescent fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She served as Chief Resident of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry while in her child fellowship. From 2000-November 2013, she was an Assistant Professor at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and the Medical Director of the Center for Pediatric Eating Disorders at Children’s Medical Center. She also was the medical director for inpatient pediatric psychiatry for a period of time from 2000 through November 2011. She was involved in collaborations with UT and Children’s to increase research on eating disorders at the University.

Dr. Leslee Marcom grew up in the Dallas area. She attended Texas State University for her undergraduate degree and then entered a doctoral program at University of North Texas. She graduated from the University of North Texas with her PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2014. Leslee’s clinical background includes working in consult liaison services in a hospital setting, a community mental health clinic, and counseling centers with experience working with both adults and adolescent populations. Leslee completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Medical Center on the Eating Disorder rotation, working with adolescents individually, their families, and facilitating groups. Leslee became CEDS certified in 2018 and is currently working on her CEDS-Supervisor. She started working with Eating Recovery Center (ERC) in 2015 as a primary therapist, moved to a Clinical Manager in 2016, and currently is the Senior Clinical Director at ERC Dallas. She has a passion for working with the eating disorder population, their families, and supervising/training new therapists.

Jennifer Lewis received her degree in nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005 and completed a dietetic internship in North Carolina in 2006. She then went into private practice as a registered dietitian, joining Eating Recovery Center in 2015. Jennifer cites her desire to work with patients in higher levels of care and be a part of an interdisciplinary team. In 2021, she became Nutrition Director of ERC, South Region. Jennifer says she enjoys working at ERC because “we are the best of the best in the field of eating disorder treatment.” She is thankful to play a role in ERC’s mission to help patients recover while working with experienced and supportive clinicians. Jennifer finds joy in educating the dietitians on her team, and patients’ families, friends and caregivers, about how to provide the very best support to those in treatment and recovery.
